2022 Coppelia Show with Backstage Tour
Subject title: Watch Coppelia Show with Esplanade Theatre Backstage Tour!
Dear Parents and Dancers
We are pleased to organise an Excursion to Esplanade Theatre, coupled with The Coppelia Show on this coming 17th September 2022! This Excursion is only for Dancers from Grade 1 Ballet onwards.
Especially organised by Dancepointe Academy, a guided Backstage Tour for DPA dancers to witness behind the scenes of a show, from the Dressing Rooms to the Green Room where artists mingle and also where large sets are hidden on stage, away from the audience’s view during a theatre performance!
As this tour has very specific time and limited entry per time, thus, the backstage tour is split up into 4 sessions before the Coppelia Show at 8pm. The tour will last for 30 mins and dancers will be dismissed to their parents and thereafter return to meet for the show.
The maximum entry for the backstage tour will be 42 persons per session and it will be based on a first come first serve basis. As our booking for the tickets are limited, we will extend this Excursion to DPA dancers only, without the accompaniment of the parents, except Grade 1 & 2 with the option of the accompaniment. We seek your understanding on this. Assigned Staff and Teachers will be present during the Excursion.

Esplanade Theatre Backstage Tour Sessions: 1pm, 1.30pm, 6pm , 6.30pm (Reporting time will be 30mins before session)
Show Time: 8pm -10pm
Reporting Time : 7.30pm at the Atrium
Dismissal Time: 10.15pm at the Atrium
Fees: $52 per person (inclusive of Circle 1 Ticket, Esplanade Backstage Tour, Sistic Charge and Paypal Service Fees)
